On October 19th at Beatrix Farrand Garden in Hyde Park, singer-songwriter Mariana Barcellos will present a set of her original songs inspired by rivers, oceans, and the feminine spirit.

She will be joined by her friend and collaborator Alé Moss, weaving in vocal harmonies, guitar, and percussion to bring new colors and rhythms to the music. Together, they invite you into a soundscape where myth, water, and song flow as one.

This concert is free and will be a memorable experience for music lovers of all ages.

Mariana Barcellos is a Brazilian singer-songwriter and music teacher who started singing Bossa Nova in her native town Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. After moving to New York she started doing weekly gigs of Bossa Nova and Samba in NYC and then she moved to Woodstock, NY where she met skilled musicians who accompany her as she continues sharing the beauty of Brazilian music.

Member Mingle
Before the talk, BFGA members are invited to a casual morning gathering at 10:45 AM with coffee and cider donuts. This is a chance to connect with fellow members, meet the speaker, and enjoy a warm and welcoming start to the day in the Garden.
